By using the FleuryBooks Skincare store and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Products

We offer physical skincare products and/or digital products (PDFs, guides, e-books). Images are for illustration only—minor variations may occur.

3) Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in $ (USD). Shipping fees (if applicable) are added at checkout.
Payment methods may vary by country and will be displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa/Mastercard or other locally available options). An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4) Delivery

Physical products: Delivery in the DRC and/or internationally, depending on availability. Delivery times are estimates (shipping/customs).
Digital products: Access/download link is provided after payment. Once access is provided, the digital product is considered delivered.

5) Returns & refunds

Physical products: Returns are accepted only if the item is unused/unopened and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
Opened/used items are non-refundable (hygiene).
Digital products: Non-refundable after delivery (access/download), unless required by law.

6) Skincare disclaimer

Our products/content do not replace medical advice. Do a patch test 24–48 hours before use. Stop use if irritation occurs. Results vary by skin type.

7) Intellectual property

FleuryBooks guides/PDFs and content are protected. You may not copy, share, or resell without written permission.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the DRC. In case of a dispute, we’ll try to resolve it amicably via contact@fleurybooks.com; otherwise, the competent courts will be those of Kinshasa.
